Cultivate a non-dual consciousness, gritty compassion, and trust in your own discernment/intuition & spirituality.

Weekly online content from me, reflection questions, and spiritual practices. One (1) - 75 min online community gathering once a week, 3x a month.

Course includes 2 one-on-one spiritual direction seshs with me to be used throughout the course. (1 during the first 3 months and the other for the last 3 months.
